Obama's First 100 days

I have been following President Obama's progress for a fair bit of time now and here's what i make of his first 100 days in office.

1. He's kept friends close and enemies even closer
2. He has used technology to connect to the people
3. He has shown more respect to other nations
4. He has polished America's image abroad
5. He has been bold about the economy
6. Shut down Guantanamo
7. Increased troops in Afghanistan
8. Capped Bonuses for bailed out banks
9. Avoided a possible assassination plot
10. Lifted bans on Stem cell research

And a few more. My point is he has to make sure that his policies work or at least partly because unfortunately he has inherited two massive problems.

i) The worst economy since the depression
ii) The Messiah -like title

I hope that President Obama delivers on most of his promises.

I have recently subscribed to Seth's blog and I had my own doubts at the beginning due to the fact that there are so many 'so called marketing experts floating about on the web. But how wrong was I?

Very wrong indeed, in fact Seth has a very simple model he shares with anyone for free. One crucial point about Seth is he keeps his information very easy to understand and by no way comes across as if he is an expert in marketing.

I recommend anyone in business to have a quick look at his blog and hopefully it will be fruitful.

Chelsea VS Barcelona

What an amazing first Leg.

Though there wasn't much in terms attacks especially from Chelsea, the game still had me glued to the seat because with the likes of Messi, there is no telling what magic trick he had up his sleeves.

But to be honest the London troop kept the Argentine star fairly quite considering that Barca had lots and lots opportunities to put one past the net. This was due to Chelsea's calm approach to the game to guard against count attacks and tricky tactics from the Camp Nou giants but my man of the night would have to be chech.

He has been slated recently for letting in more goals than we are used to seeing him do but if we look at the way the PL has been this season, only a handful of goalies have managed clean sheets. How during this particular night he was outstanding, keeping Chelseas's cup hope alive.

I should think that the second leg will be a thrilling one but there has been a few concerns about Chelsea's recent home form, however with the likes of Didier Drogba for the blues I smell an upset for Barca.

A barca upset maybe?

Lewis Hamilton & Mclaren Ruling

A three - race suspension ban, Phew!!

I honestly thought it was going to be a very harsh one since for some reason or the other Mclaren always get the raw end of the stick.

For sure the team is guilty of misleading the race for misleading race stewards at the Australian GP, however many in the F1 from the paddock to the fans were beginning to feel as if Mclaren's demise was the FIA and Bernie's goal.

Judging from today I truly believe that Bernie must have been happy with the departure of Ron and and the almost POW - like apology from the team for him to give them some breathing space.

Anyway I will save my feelings for Bernie on my net blog, but for the meantime I look forward to more GP with Lewis involved.
